To confirm the thatch’s durability and quality, synthetic roof thatching was sent to the analytical laboratory of Roediger Agencies for accelerated weathering exposure for a period of 10 years.
The samples were inspected after every year’s equivalent exposure and the results were very impressive. When the exposed sample was compared to the control sample, researchers found that it has shown no damaging effects or any variation in colour; there was no fading, weathering or brittleness in the product at all. This 10 Year Test was conclusive and provided proof that our thatch system is not only affordable but reliable, and very durable for long term use.
