Rare Thatch continues to flourish under the capable leadership of business partners, Theresa Reece and Craig Kinnear.
Theresa immigrated from Ireland and grew up in South Africa as one of nine children. She fell in love with South Africa and the African people. She is a great admirer of their resilience and ability to enjoy the moment.
Theresa’s focus is simple: above all, she emphasises the importance of a job for human dignity.
South African born-and-bred, Craig, who also functions as Operations Director, has vast experience in the South African manufacturing industry. In addition to his impressive technical capabilities, he contributes strong leadership and project management skills to the business.
